Scope of Branch Manager Position
The Branch Manager will manage/oversee the day-to-day operations of their assigned branch and originate Best Capital Funding Loan products. Primary responsibilities will include new business development, recruiting successful and competent loan originators, and training/management of all branch sales and operations personnel. Branch Manager will be expected to identify, grow, and maintain a network of business relationships to establish consistent referral sources and stimulate new loans.
